No matter where you are moving or how far you are going, you should always begin the packing process well in advance. You may have a range of different types of office supplies, so try to pack them in an organized fashion; do what you can to keep like items together, because they will typically end up in the same place when you are unpacking. You should also label the outside of the box with its destination, and attach a list of contents so that you can easily locate what you need without having to rummage through each box.
